At 19 years old, while pursuing my undergraduate degree full time, I grew a painting franchise into a half-a-million-dollar business, managing a team of ten full-time employees for three consecutive summers. I was in the top 10% of franchisees in North America and won the brand champion award in Canada. I was then hired as a GM, and was responsible for guiding 20 new franchise owners to gain the confidence and tools to successfully grow profitable franchises in the Toronto area. These experiences taught me invaluable lessons in leadership, financials, sales, systems, and coaching. When I became a wedding photographer, I had photographed only one wedding yet I booked 28 weddings for the following year. What makes me different is I'm not a one hit wonder, I have a proven track record of being able to repeat success and transfer these skills to others.
